The Northewest Ohio Young Marines are looking for a Few Good Young Men and Women. If you are interested in becoming a Young Marine, the NWO Unit's next Recruit Training will begin on Wednesday, October 1st. There will be an orientation/informational event explaining the program in detail, date and time to be announced. Check back soon more detail. Young Marine recruit training is open to boys and girls ages 8-18. Northwest Ohio Young Marines are challenged in the classroom and in the field, and a strong emphasis is placed on physical fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Young Marine program is not for everyone, however those who work hard and complete "boot camp" are rewarded with self confidence, a sense of teamwork, self discipline and leadership skills.
